Job Summary
As an Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and refined dining experience to guests within the comfort of their rooms. This role requires professionalism efficiency and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt courteous in-room dining service to guests
- Accurately take and process guest orders via phone or digital systems
- Prepare deliver and present food and beverages to luxury standards
- Set up and clear trays/tables in guest rooms with attention to cleanliness and detail
- Handle guest requests preferences and dietary requirements with care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment
- Work collaboratively with kitchen to ensure timely service
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remain attentive during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Victorian RSA
