Job Summary
Are you someone with an eye for detail and an ability to manage day-to-day operations We are looking for a Operations Supervisor to lead our team of operators to carry out customer collections and processing in a safe complaint and efficient way.

Join our dynamic team in Dunedin New Zealand as a Operations Supervisor and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence whilst contributing to our sustainability this hands-on leadership role youll be the driving force behind the day-to-day fleet maintenance and processing operations ensuring our services run smoothly and according to plan.
- Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.
- Supervise processing operations and allocate work priorities fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Liaise and work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver the required outcomes.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure adherence to health safety environment and quality (HSEQ) compliance standards across all fleet and processing activities.
- Monitor vehicle performance fuel consumption and maintenance costs and driver metrics.
- Manage and approve expenses within your delegation.
- Serve as a visible leader promoting a culture of safety sustainability and continuous improvement across fleet and processing operations.
- Recruitment induction and training of new operators.
Qualifications :
- Leadership experience in leading a team ideally in a service or logistics environment.
- Excellent communication time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interpreting compliance systems.
- Knowledge of health safety environment and quality (HSEQ) compliance and safe work practices.
- A passion for sustainability and making a positive environmental impact.
- Previous experience driving trucks or supervising would considered favourable although not essential.
