Te kōwhiringa The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the management and supervision of our crews in Wellington. The primary role involves planning organizing directing and controlling activities to ensure work is completed to customer satisfaction while achieving all productivity quality and safety targets.

This is a hands on leadership role where you will be responsible for supervising crews delivering maintenance traffic management and renewals works.

Primary responsibilities also include:

Ensure all works are completed on time within specification and meet productivity targets
Maintain accurate and timely documentation including daily records and daywork sheets
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with clients to ensure work is carried out to their satisfaction while meeting company standards
Lead by example in promoting a Zero Harm culture

Proven experience supervising teams in construction or infrastructure environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and motivate others
Demonstrated commitment to safety quality and environmental excellence
Ability to make sound decisions in dynamic and unexpected situations
Strong planning organizational and time management skills
