Must have technical skill | - Bachelors or Masters degreein Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- Proven experiencein backend development with strong programming skills in languages such as Java Python C# or
- Experience with RESTful API designand development as well as integration of third-party APIs
- Strong knowledge of database systems both relational (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra)
- Familiarity with cloud platformssuch as AWS Azure or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling applications
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologieslike Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration working alongside data scientists or AI engineers to embed AI models into production systems.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol(MCP) and A2Aand their application in AI system development and integration.
- Solid grasp of software architecture principles including microservices and event-driven architectures
- Experience with version control systemssuch as Git and collaborative development workflows
- Knowledge of DevOps practicesand CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated deployment processes

Good to have technical skills | - Knowledgeofinfrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experiencewith GraphQL APIs and real-time data streaming (e.g. WebSockets Kafka)

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK stack)
