Job Summary
Jobskey Consultancy is hiring a senior leadership professional for the role of Global Sales & Marketing Head to drive business growth across the UK and European markets for casting components including GDC HPDC and Investment Casting. The role focuses on key sectors such as Railways Automotive and Jet Engine industries.
Role Overview
The role will lead global sales and marketing strategy expand market presence and manage high-value client relationships while driving revenue growth across European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across the UK and Europe.
- Manage key accounts including OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in target industries.
- Drive business development and expand market share in casting components.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value contracts.
- Analyze market trends competition and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to align product offerings with market needs.
- Build and lead a high-performing international sales team.
- Oversee region-specific marketing initiatives and brand positioning.
Key Expectations
- Achieve consistent revenue growth and meet annual sales targets.
- Expand market share across European regions.
- Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing accounts.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key industry players.
Candidate Profile
- Engineering graduate with MBA or equivalent in Sales Marketing or International Business.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in casting components sales within UK and European markets.
- Strong exposure to Railways Automotive or Jet Engine industries.
- Proven track record in handling large accounts and closing high-value deals.
- Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills.
Preferred Nationality: USA UK or Germany
