Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an Outpatient setting at Sutter Health Lakeside Hospital.
This role focuses on delivering individualized therapy programs to patients in an outpatient environment helping restore mobility function and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans (POC)
- Provide therapy for:
- Orthopedic conditions
- Post-surgical rehab
- Mobility and functional impairments
- Deliver:
- Therapeutic exercises
- Manual therapy
- Gait and mobility training
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans
- Educate patients on recovery and home programs
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Serve as a clinical resource when needed

Required Qualifications
Active California PT License (REQUIRED at submission)
BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross)
Minimum 2 years of PT experience
Degree from accredited PT program
Preferred Qualifications
Outpatient experience
Epic EMR experience
Strong ortho rehab skills
Compliance Notes
2 references (within last year) required
Sutter cover sheet mandatory
7-year work history verification required
Must complete labs within 35 days of signing
RTO: Only 1 holiday allowed
Local candidates accepted at lower rate (within 50 miles)
