Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (April 20 2026 July 20 2026)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2423.72
Schedule: Day Shift 40 Hours/Week
Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient-focused assignment at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in Hartsville SC.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of mobility and functional impairments primarily in an outpatient setting with occasional support for acute care evaluations. This role emphasizes restoring function reducing pain and improving overall patient mobility and independence.
Facility Information
- Facility: Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center
- Setting: Outpatient (with occasional acute care support)
- Work Environment: Collaborative hospital-based rehab team
Clinical Coverage Areas
Therapists will treat patients with:
- Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Functional mobility limitations
- Pain management and recovery needs
- General outpatient therapy cases
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
- Provide patient education on injury prevention and recovery
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Supervise PTAs and therapy aides
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Required Qualifications
Active South Carolina Physical Therapist License (must be submitted with profile)
BLS Certification (AHA required)
Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience
Hospital or outpatient experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both outpatient and acute care settings
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Experience supervising support staff
Scheduling & Assignment Details
- Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 12:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Occasional weekend coverage (acute care evals every 5 weeks)
Important Notes
- Outpatient-focused role with occasional inpatient support
- All required documents must be submitted with profile (license BLS etc.)
- Facility uses a strict submission template (recruiter-side requirement)
- Contractor replacement position (urgent need)
Compliance Requirements
Candidates must complete:
- Active SC licensure verification
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Full submission packet including required documentation
