Job Summary

A. Trade Education & Training

  • Conduct regular training sessions for distributors outlets (OFF and ON channel) and consumers to ensure they understand our products (cognac whisky wine) unique selling points and vintage characteristics
  • Develop simple cheat sheets and competitive comparison tools to help sales teams sell our products more effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted training content for different customer segments to ensure effective recruitment and conversion

B. Events & Consumer Engagement

  • Plan organize and host exclusive tasting events brand dinners and in-store promotions yearly 120 sessions to drive immediate sales and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Represent the brand at major trade fairs and public events ensuring a professional and engaging brand presence that supports booths and sales efforts.
  • Lead the implementation and execution of activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure full delivery and evaluate the effectiveness by related KPIs such as sales and consumer conversions
  • Keep close eye on the market trends and gather feedback from trade partners to get insight of channel opportunities

C. Client Management & Sales Enablement

  • Partner closely with the sales team to identify key clients and develop strategic approaches to secure listings
  • Conduct joint sales calls with distributor and internal sales representatives providing expert product knowledge to close deals
  • Identify recruit and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate VIPs. Curate and host exclusive VIP experiences including private cellar tastings bespoke dinners and distillery visitation with clear commercial follow-up.
  • Build relationships with business partners. Collaborate in recruiting retaining and nurturing consumers of key strategic brands.
