About the Role
We are a fast-growing performance marketing company focused on building and scaling high-converting digital campaigns in the health and wellness space. Our team works in a data-driven hands-on environment optimizing user journeys and driving measurable business results across global markets.
Were looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to own the performance of our direct-response funnels and offers in the health and supplement space. Traffic comes from affiliate partners and influencersyour job is to make sure every element from landing page to checkout to upsell is optimized to convert. Individual campaigns can generate over 1000 sales per day so small improvements have a massive impact on revenue.
This role combines analytical thinking marketing creativity and operational precision. Youll dig into affiliate performance data identify whats working and what isnt run A/B tests optimize conversion rates and continuously improve offer profitability. If you have a background in CRO funnel management or affiliate performance analysis youll thrive here.
What Youll Do
Manage and optimize offer funnels end-to-endlanding pages checkout flows upsell sequences and post-purchase experiences.
Analyze affiliate and influencer traffic performance to identify top performers underperformers and optimization opportunities across high-volume campaigns.
Receive and execute campaign briefs from stakeholders coordinating designers content writers and developers for landing page production.
Ensure compliance and obtain all necessary approvals before launching campaigns.
Set up and monitor campaigns in CRM and analytics platforms tracking performance in real time.
Optimize campaign funnels through A/B testing split testing and continuous conversion rate optimization.
Create automate and optimize email communication workflows.
Manage payment routing and fulfillment processes to maximize approval and rebill rates.
Analyze results and prepare weekly reports with insights affiliate performance breakdowns and next-step recommendations.
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience in performance marketing CRO funnel management or affiliate marketingideally in a direct-response or e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels A/B testing and direct-response offer optimization.
Analytical mindset; confident using Google Analytics 4 and CRM dashboards to evaluate traffic sources affiliate performance and funnel metrics.
Experience using Claude AI for daily workflow optimization data analysis and content tasks is required.
Comfortable working with AI tools to streamline daily tasks analyze data and boost overall marketing results.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis reporting and performance tracking.
Experience with payment gateways chargebacks or rebills is an advantage.
Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
Strong sense of ownership attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Nice to Have
Experience with health or supplement verticals.
Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or landing page optimization.
Familiarity with CRM systems affiliate platforms and email marketing tools.
Knowledge of basic HTML CMS systems or landing page builders.
Experience analyzing affiliate traffic quality and performance at scale.

Conversion rate (CVR) improvement across funnels.
Campaign activation speed.
CAC reduction and ARPU growth.

Work Environment & Tools
This is a fully remote position. To ensure accountability and transparency across our distributed team this role requires the use of time tracking and productivity software (similar to Time Doctor). This software captures periodic screenshots and tracks active work timeit is not surveillance software but a standard productivity tool used by our remote team to maintain visibility into work hours and task progress. If youve worked remotely with time tracking tools before this will be familiar.
