About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent full-time basis.

As a Retail Sales Representative your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients including finding new opportunities for them to explore.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients recommending the range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business.
Proactively source new business opportunities to achieve KPIs and targets.
Support inventory management including stocktake and safe dispatch of retail products.
Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
Assist with storage handling and receiving of stock adhering to safety standards.

About you

Thrive in a collaborative working environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
Passionate about making a positive impact for clients and the community.
Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and retail products to effectively support clients.
Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and possess strong retail skills.
Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients.
Hold a valid drivers license.
A forklift license is preferred with support available to obtain one.
