Job Summary

What youll be doing

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales & Account Executive to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless customer journey with a strong focus on website accuracy content delivery and overall online experience. 

You will act as a bridge between sales support and website development team to ensure websites reflects accurate inventory pricing and promotions contributing directly to lead generation and customer satisfaction. 

  • Coordinate and support the sales team with daily operations 
  • Process sales orders contracts and documentation accurately 
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems 
  • Liaise with customers to provide information updates and support 
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations 
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner 
  • Work closely with marketing finance and operations teams 
  • Track sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets 

Qualifications :

What were looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role in the digital space 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce 
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
