Full-Time Remote / Flexible
Salary: $2500 - $3000 monthly

Role & Responsibilities
As a member of the go-to-market team you will play a key role in driving business growth and client success. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Business Development & Sales Identify qualify and engage prospective clients; manage outreach campaigns and lead pipelines.
  • Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or members ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams such as marketing product and operations to align strategies and deliverables.
  • Revenue & Target Achievement Meet or exceed sales targets KPIs and other performance metrics.
  • Process & Strategy Support Contribute to the development of sales processes strategies and playbooks that scale across the team.
  • Reporting & Insights Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular insights on client engagement opportunities and performance.

This role is highly visible and strategic offering direct impact on company growth while providing exposure to leadership and cross-functional decision-making.

Compensation
The posted salary range represents total On-Target Earnings (OTE) including base salary and target incentives. Final compensation will be based on location experience skills market conditions and internal parity.
