Agency Project & Account Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM SA or PH)
Hours: 32 Hours per Week (Flexible / Scalable)
Reporting to: Founder (Canada-based)

The Opportunity
We are a Canada-based digital management agency specializing in high-level social media support and content strategy. As we scale the Founders need a dedicated Project & Account Manager to act as the air traffic control for our operations.
This role is the bridge between our high-performing internal creative team (5 specialists) and our diverse client base. You will be responsible for ensuring that deadlines are met bottlenecks are cleared and clients feel consistently supported and informed. What You Will Own
1. Internal Operations & Project Management
- Workflow Oversight: Manage the daily output of 5 creatives (Social Media Managers Graphic Designers Content Creators).
- The Clearance Officer: When deadlines arent met you find out why. You dont just report delays; you solve the problems causing them.
- Systems Management: Own the organization within Notion (Project Management) Trello (Task Tracking) and Dropbox (File Storage).
2. Client Account Management
- The Face of the Agency: Conduct client kick-offs set clear expectations for deliverables and provide regular status updates.
- Bedside Manner: Maintain a professional empathetic and organized tone with all clients ensuring they feel confident in our process.
- Reporting: Ensure communication regarding project health is delivered proactively to both the Founders and the clients.
Who You Are
- Agency Veteran: You understand the unique pressure and variety of working with multiple clients simultaneously. You know how to prioritize high-impact tasks.
- The Sturdy Communicator: You have excellent English skills and the bedside manner to handle difficult conversations with clients while keeping them happy.
- Systems Savvy: You are a power user of Notion and Trello. You believe that if a task isnt in the PM tool it doesnt exist.
- Problem Solver: You dont just pass messages; you identify systemic issues and suggest improvements to make the team truck along more efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years in Project Management or Account Management within a marketing or digital agency.
- Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Notion Trello and Dropbox.
- Availability: Able to commit to at least 32 hours per week with flexibility to scale as the agency grows.
- Mindset: Proactive organized and capable of working independently under the guidance of Canada-based leadership.
