Job Summary

Creating and managing accounts for various in house applications
Creation of New User accounts account transfers
Windows account maintenance
Mainframe ID creation and provisioning of additional access
Creation and modification of SecurID profiles on ACE server
Active Directory and Exchange Administration
Updating Web directory and Global Address Book.
FTP/SEFT Account administration
Outlook troubleshooting

Qualification and Eligibility

At least 1 year of Helpdesk/ provisioning experience with good knowledge on Active Directory/Exchange.
Should be a Team Player with multitasking and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in Shifts (24/7 environment)
Graduation or Diploma holder with all certificates in place

Technical Skills

Experience on Active Directory and Exchange 2003 Administration
Experience on Mainframe and SecurID provisioning is an added advantage.
Should be well versed in handling Outlook/Lotus Notes issues
Excel Reporting Skills
