Job Summary

Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (Playwright / Performance Testing / Agile -14 yrs Exp)

Location: Austin TX - Hybrid- Local candidates Only

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright or similar automation frameworks
Create and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
Perform manual testing as required to ensure full test coverage
Define testing priorities test scenarios and execution strategies
Develop and maintain automated test execution schedules and reporting processes
Track test execution progress and provide detailed status reports
Log track and manage defects using Jira
Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Conduct performance testing using tools such as JMeter
Support development teams across Dev Test UAT and Production environments
Troubleshoot and debug failed test cases and automation scripts
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Contribute to QA documentation for automated processes and testing strategies
Provide on-call support as needed
Experience in manual test script execution
Experience in QA automation testing
Experience in QA test script creation
Experience in performance testing
Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright preferred)
Proficiency in defect tracking and test management using Jira
Ability to work independently with a high degree of creativity and problem-solving
Experience with JavaScript HTML Playwright WebdriverIO and JMeter
Experience in QA automated test reporting and analytics
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira XRay or Zephyr
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of accessibility testing standards and practices
