Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer with 2 4 years of experience who is comfortable working on both the front-end and back-end of our software solutions. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with existing technology stacks and enthusiastic about learning and adopting new tools and frameworks as required by the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop test and maintain scalable software applications across front-end and back-end layers.
- Work with Java-based technologies including Spring Hibernate J2EE and RESTful web services.
- Develop and maintain databases using Oracle Database.
- Build and enhance applications using JavaScript jQuery and NodeJS.
- Work with Vert.x for building reactive and event-driven applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives enhancements and maintenance of existing systems.
- Follow best coding practices documentation standards and development processes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- 24 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong understanding of backend development using Java technologies (Spring Hibernate J2EE).
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating them with front-end applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript jQuery and NodeJS.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
- Familiarity with Vert.x is a plus.
- General understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Good problem-solving analytical and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to or experience with biometric systems (highly preferred).
- Experience working with enterprise-grade or large-scale applications.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks.
