We are seeking a skilled and experienced Developer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services and Terraform. The candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable backend systems and data pipelines in a cloud-native environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable server-side applications using (JavaScript/TypeScript)
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
Develop and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Design and build end-to-end data processing pipelines for large-scale data
Deploy and manage Spark-based data ingestion frameworks
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues
Ensure application security data integrity and compliance with best practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Skills
Strong experience in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
Hands-on experience with AWS services:
S3 Lambda DynamoDB SQS SNS ECS EKS Step Functions EMR Glue KMS
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
Strong knowledge of RESTful API development
Experience with Apache Spark and Apache Airflow
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
Database Knowledge
Experience with PostgreSQL MySQL Oracle MongoDB or similar databases
Strong understanding of:
Joins aggregations window functions
Indexing and performance tuning
Tools & Frameworks
Familiarity with ORM/ODM tools such as Sequelize or Mongoose
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest Mocha Chai)
Proficiency in Git version control
