Job Summary
About your tasks:
- Lead and develop a team of 6 fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
- Own daily treasury operations including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
- Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment
- Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency
- Drive hands-on improvements of processes and systems in close collaboration with Tech/IT
Qualifications :
About you:
- 7 years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations ideally in a fast-paced environment
- First leadership experience with a strong hands-on lead by example mindset
- Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
- Experience working with ERP and payment systems and collaborating with Tech teams
- A pragmatic solution-oriented approach with the ambition to improve and build
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- German language skills are a plus
