Je bent onderdeel van het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de operationele afhandeling van Cargolux Airlines binnen Nederland. Jij bent een enthousiaste klantvriendelijke proactieve leergierige teamplayer. Je bent thuis in de wereld van vrachtwagens en vliegtuigen en bent in staat om te schakelen. Dat de klant koning is is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
Een deel van jouw taken zijn
- Zorgen voor een veilige en betrouwbare afronding van alle grondactiviteiten
- Monitoren en coördineren van magazijn- / vrachtafhandelingsactiviteiten in samenwerking met onze leveranciers
- Zorgdragen voor tijdige uitvoering van alle Cargolux-vluchten
- Coördineren van platformactiviteiten en -diensten met GHAs maintenance vluchtafhandeling operations en andere dienstverleners
- Zorgdragen dat flight operation activiteiten worden uitgevoerd volgens de Cargolux processen en procedures.
- Coördineren tussen import en export afdelingen
- Coördineren van Road Feeder Service (Trucking) activiteiten
- Coördineren van ULD-control activiteiten
- Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden
- Customer service bieden aan klanten
- Opdoen en bijhouden van professionele en technische kennis
- Bijdragen aan teamvorming
- Plannen en organiseren van directe pickups ex klanten en aanlevering in Luxemburg
- Het plannen en organiseren van airport trucks ex Schiphol afhandelaar naar Luxemburg

You are part of the team responsible for the operational handling of Cargolux Airlines within the Netherlands. You are an enthusiastic customer-friendly proactive and eager-to-learn team player. You are familiar with the world of trucks and aircraft and are able to switch tasks easily. For you the idea that the customer is king goes without saying
Some of your tasks include:
- Ensuring the safe and reliable completion of all ground activities
- Monitoring and coordinating warehouse / cargo handling activities in cooperation with our suppliers
- Ensuring the timely execution of all Cargolux flights
- Coordinating ramp activities and services with GHAs maintenance flight operations handling and other service providers
- Ensuring that flight operation activities are carried out in accordance with Cargolux processes and procedures
- Coordinating between import and export departments
- Coordinating Road Feeder Service (Trucking) activities
- Coordinating ULD-control activities
- Performing administrative tasks
- Providing customer service to clients
- Acquiring and maintaining professional and technical knowledge
- Contributing to team building
- Planning and organizing direct pickups from customers and delivery in Luxembourg
- Planning and organizing airport trucks from Schiphol handlers to Luxembourg
Essential Requirements For The Position:
NL
- Ervaring en kennis (certificering) mbt load planning en/of load supervision worden als een voordeel beschouwd
- Een (afgeronde) opleiding in logistiek luchtvracht of transport is een pluspunt
- Goede teamgeest
- Beschikbaar zijn voor flexibele diensten.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Experience and knowledge (certification) in load planning and/or load supervision are considered an advantage
- A completed education in logistics air cargo or transport is a plus
- Strong team spirit
- Availability for flexible shifts
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
