Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician II to support building operations at our pharmacy fulfillment center in Florence NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure a safe comfortable and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable safetyfocused and able to work in a fastpaced setting.
Responsibilities:
Inspect maintain and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repair requests
Monitor and troubleshoot building automation systems
Complete work orders and maintenance records using a computerized system
Coordinate with supervisors and outside contractors as needed
Perform basic building repairs (electrical plumbing painting)
Support internal service requests from site operations teams
Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines
Assist with training and mentoring team members
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Universal CFC certification required
3 years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical job duties such as standing climbing and bending
Ability to complete OSHA 10 certification within 6 months of hire
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 31 - 52 USD / hourly depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
