About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated French & Spanish Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Grays on a permanent basis from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) teaching to KS3 and KS4 students inspiring a love for languages and supporting academic successful candidate will teach both French and Spanish plan engaging lessons and play a key role in preparing students for their GCSEs while contributing to the positive and collaborative culture within the MFL department.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4
Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons
Assess and monitor student progress in line with school expectations
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and departmental goals
Prepare students effectively for GCSE examinations

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching French and Spanish at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and passion for language teaching
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A collaborative proactive and student-focused teaching approach
