Werkstudent Customer Excellence & Operations (w/m/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
Du arbeitest schwerpunktmäßig im Bereich Customer and MarketInsights (CMI) im Team CE&O (Customer Excellence &Operations)und dabei in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den BusinessUnitsund weiteren Funktionen
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von (regelmäßigen) Reports und Interpretation von Informationen aus internen Absatzdaten externen Marktdaten und Marktforschungsergebnissen
Darüber hinaus unterstützt du in der Vorbereitung von Quartalsreviewsund Verhandlungsgesprächen sowie beider Erstellung vonAbsatz-/Umsatzplänen undderen regelmäßige Aktualisierungen
Wo möglich intensivierst du den Einsatz von KI und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung von KI-Projekten für den Einsatz im Bereich CMI
Auch die Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Compliance- Datenschutz und internenReview-Prozessenim Rahmen von Marktforschungsprojekten gehört zu deinem Aufgabengebiet
Die strukturierte Aufbereitung(ppt)von Erkenntnissen aus Marktforschungsprojektenund Mitarbeiter bei der Analysevon Ergebnissen ausPrimärmarktforschungund bei der Ableitungzentraler Markt- Kunden- undWettbewerbsinsightsrunden dein Aufgabengebiet ab
Ausbildung und Erfahrung:
Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines Life Science Studienganges
Idealerweise aber nicht zwingend Erfahrung aus vorherigen Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten mit einem analytischen Schwerpunt
Hohe analytische Kompetenz und ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Business Itelligence Data Analytics und Marktforschung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Microsoft Office Anwendungen (insb. Excel PowerPoint)
Proaktivität Engagement und stark ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
