Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using the latest technical tools and resources
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and team members
- Stay current with technical publications and participate in ongoing training programs
- Perform safe accurate and timely vehicle service in compliance with safety standards
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and safety
- Complete all service paperwork accurately and maintain proper documentation
- Support Service Manager Diagnostic Specialist or Group Leader with assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections diagnostics maintenance and repairs on Lexus vehicles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to read and understand technical repair manuals and guides
- Good judgment and sound decision-making skills
- Valid state drivers license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school degree preferred
- ASE certification relevant to the work level may be required
