Job Summary

About the Role:
This leadership role oversees all Childrens Services Council (CSC) programs including After School Summer Camp and other out-of-school activities. Youll ensure quality programming manage staff maintain compliance and collaborate with families and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage youth programs (After School Out of School Breaks Summer Camp)
- Hire train and supervise program staff
- Develop engaging age-appropriate curriculums
- Track program data and outcomes in CSC SAMIS
- Represent ARC at IEP and support plan meetings
- Provide direct care as needed
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree required; Bachelors preferred
- 2 years experience managing youth or special needs programs
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and behavior management
- Valid FL drivers license and Level II background screening
