The Inside Sales Representatives primary objective is to foster and maintain strong businessrelationships with existing and potential customers on the phone. This involves identifying newleads understanding customer requirements negotiating sales providing post-sales support andnurturing opportunities for growth within the market. This desk based role is an integral part of thesales team working to achieve daily activity targets and meet weekly or monthly sales quotaswhile delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide high quality customer service by ensuring fulfilment promptly addressing customerinquiries resolving or escalating complaints and providing ongoing support to ensure high levelcustomer satisfaction.
- Makes appropriate sales proactive calls to allocated customers (including delinquents). Act as afirst point of contact for customer queries.
- Identify the products or services that best meet the customers needs present an appealingreasoning to the customer until successfully closing the deal and follow-up on the sales.
- Set clear objectives for each proactive customer interaction and ask relevant questions to evaluatethe customers level of interest and to identify and respond to areas requiring further informationor explanation.
- Identify potential customers by obtaining information referrals and recommendations fromexisting customers.
- Uses commercial tools and systems for routine tasks independently such as entering customerdata Ensure the quality of the data and troubleshoot issues when needed to enable effectivecustomer retention and business development activities.
- Proactively ensures own understanding of product features and benefits follow instructions to usethe product and answer simple questions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience asinside sales or a similar clientfacing role
- Proven ability to conduct proactive sales calls identify customer needs and close deals
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Experience using CRM or commercial tools (Salesforce or similar) and confidence in maintaining accurate customer data
- Ability to resolve customer issues independently and escalate when needed
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn product features and translate them into customer value
