An exciting opportunity has become available for a Supplier Operations Manager to join the Supplier Management Team in Derby. The role forms part of the Senior Leadership Team.
As Supplier Operations Manager you will lead and deliver targeted supplier interventions focused on the improvement of operational performance mitigation of operational risks and supporting the development of new capability in the external supply chain as needed by the business.
You will drive change management by influencing and coaching senior management teams both internally and in the Supply Chain to deliver step change in performance and Supply Chain stabilisation.
What you will be doing:
As Supplier Operations Manager you will executes supplier delivery improvement through analytics value chain understanding to identify and drive critical improvement plans within the Supplier intervention:
Delivering Resolutions to Complex Supply Chain Challenges
Supplier Performance Improvement
