Parking Operations Executive (12 month Secondment)

Your opportunity
Were looking for a Parking Operations Executive to join the Parking Experience Team on a 12-month secondment playing a key role in shaping and improving the parking experience across our portfolio of living destinations.
This is a fast-paced role at the intersection of operations technology and customer experience where youll work closely with centre teams analytics partners and vendors to monitor performance uncover insights and implement improvements.
From analysing parking data and investigating system issues to supporting new initiatives youll solve real operational challenges and influence how our parking environments perform every day.
This is a great opportunity to step into a national operations role build exposure to parking technology and strategy and contribute to delivering a best-in-class parking experience for our customers.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Optimising the performance of parking and valet operations across the portfolio
- Monitoring and supporting Access Control and Parking Guidance systems
- Analysing parking data to generate insights and improve site operations
- Partnering with Customer Experience teams to drive engagement and capability uplift
- Managing vendor relationships to ensure service levels and system performance are met
- Supporting the implementation of new parking systems and operational initiatives
This role is a contract for 12 months full-time based at our Sydney Support Office.

We are seeking a curious and technically minded individual who enjoys working with systems data and operations. You bring strong analytical capability and a proactive approach to problem-solving with the confidence to work across teams and turn insights into action. Experience in parking retail or centre operations is beneficial along with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
