WHAT YOULL DO
- Prepare cook and process food using various methods and techniques ranging from simple to specialized all under the guidance of the executive chef;
- Perform food picking washing peeling and cutting operations;
- Ensure proper segmentation assembly and packaging of food items;
- Ensure proper rotation and storage of food supplies;
- Adhere to the quality standards established within the team.
WHAT YOULL BRING
- A professional diploma in institutional cooking;
- Two years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry;
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques;
- Ability to work as part of a team with a focus on quality and efficiency;
- Autonomy adaptability and a sense of responsibility.
