Job Summary
Job Title: Cook (Greek Cuisine)
Location: Toronto ON
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Schedule: Tuesday Sunday 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience preparing Greek menu items be
comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook Greek dishes according to recipes and standards

Handle grilling prep work frying and line cooking as required

Prepare items such as Kokkinisto Veal in Tomato Sauce Veal Stifado Octopus Stifado Soutsoukakia Mousakas Pastichio Gemista (Stuffed
Peppers) and Lamb dishes -
Work with items like Spanakopita Dolmades Saganaki Haloumi and Feta-based dishes

Ensure consistency proper portioning and presentation of all dishes

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with prep stocking and inventory management

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:

Proven cook experience with Greek menu items

Strong knowledge of traditional Greek dishes and preparation methods

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and consistency

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Dress Code:
