Job Title:Technical Sales Support Engineer Power Systems

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Support Engineer.

This individual contributor role combines responsibilities of application engineering technical sales support and customer engagement for power generation systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in electrical systems generator set applications and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sales & Application Engineering:

• Provide front-line technical support to dealers and sales teams for packaged generator set products (LV & MV).

• Lead product sizing selection and application engineering for generator systems.

• Develop technical proposals and respond to RFPs and tenders.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and consultants.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.

• Respond to dealer inquiries on Electric Power products from basic to complex.

• Develop quotations for custom solutions beyond standard offerings.

• Provide project-specific technical guidance and interface with core engineering teams.

• Interpret tender specifications and coordinate with engineering to produce submittal documents.

Customer & Dealer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers consultants etc.

• Act as a liaison between sales engineering and product development teams.

• ProvidePre-Sales technical consultationto dealers and consultants ensuring alignment with project requirements.

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and technical differentiators.

System Design & Integration:

• Design single-line diagrams network layouts and interconnection wiring for generator and switchgear systems.

• Integrate third party controllers such as DSE DEIF ComAp develop control systems

• Support remote monitoring systems using Modbus RS485/TCPIP protocols.

Training & Documentation:

• Develop technical documentation training materials and reference white papers.

• Deliver product application training to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.

• Minimum 8 10 years of experience in power systems generator applications or related fields.

• Strong technical knowledge of genset controllers synchronization paralleling schemes and electrical system architecture.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Advanced English

Preferred:

• Prior field experience with customers dealers or distributors.

• Experience in managing compliance industry trends and regulatory changes.

• Prior experience inturnkey project execution includingsite testingcommissioning andaftermarket service

Additional Information:

This job required 5days working from office.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
