Senior Manager, Local Co-op and Membership Marketing
Job Summary
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Manager Local Co-op and Membership Marketing on a full-time permanent basis.

This position is a hybrid opportunity and is in Saskatoon SK.
What youll do:
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen the Co-op brand and promote the value of Lifetime Membership Benefits across the CRS.
Provide strategic insights and support to a network of 70 local Co-op marketing teams enabling alignment collaboration and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Oversee enterprise membership marketing programs including initiatives that drive member acquisition engagement loyalty and long-term growth.
Establish and lead a centre of excellence for customer and member experience including standards tools and programs that enhance consistency and quality across the system.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketing leaders to ensure alignment of brand strategy creative direction and campaign execution.
Lead coach and develop a team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
Who youll work with:
You will report to the Director Marketing Strategy and Support and lead a team of marketing professionals. Youll work closely with leaders across FCL local Co-op General Managers/CEOs and marketing teams throughout the CRS. This role acts as a key liaison between enterprise marketing and local execution ensuring consistency and impact across all markets.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in marketing leadership and:
- Have 8 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing with 5 years focused on brand management and/or membership marketing.
- Have a bachelors degree in business focused in marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have a strong understanding of customer experience and brand strategy with the ability to translate insights into actionable programs
