Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist with strong Level 1 Trauma experience to support high-acuity surgical procedures including craniotomy cases in a fast-paced operating room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environment
- Assist surgeons during trauma and complex surgical procedures
- Handle surgical instruments supplies and equipment efficiently
- Anticipate surgeon needs especially during neuro/trauma cases
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Support patient positioning draping and intraoperative care
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Level 1 Trauma experience (must be clearly listed in work history)
- Strong experience with craniotomy procedures
- Demonstrated high competency on skills checklist
- Certification as Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
- Ability to work in a high-pressure fast-paced OR setting
