Job Description
- Build and operationalize the 1LoD monitoring and testing framework across LBUs ensuring alignment with Group standards.
- Coordinate adoption of KRI/KCI catalogue sampling methodologies and evidence practices strengthening risk sensing and assurance readiness.
- Manage rollout of RAID governance enabling timely remediation and milestone discipline across multi-market programs.
- Drive automation and dashboarding to enhance transparency cycle-time efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and implement monitoring/testing scripts sampling approaches and defect taxonomy; ensure consistency across LBUs.
- Coordinate KRI/KCI adoption breach workflows and hotspot forecasting; maintain timely escalation and reporting.
- Drive evidence standards reduce rework and enable PRISM/eGRC workflows for issues actions and reporting.
- Provide templates playbooks and coaching; influence matrix stakeholders and deliver crisp executive updates.
- Deliver automation use-cases for controls/testing/evidence; develop dashboards for transparency and decision support.
Job Qualification
- 10 years in program/project management within insurance operations / operational risk / assurance.
- Handson delivery of monitoring/testing frameworks KRI/KCI definition and breach workflows evidence standards and multimarket rollouts.
- Develop governance with earlywarning management and stakeholder escalation.
- Experience coordinating assurance readiness for 2LoD/IA
- Sampling methodologies (attribute/variable) test design defect taxonomy and workpaper standards.
- PRISM/eGRC user workflows (issues/incidents/actions evidence reporting) and dashboarding (Excel/Power BI); comfort with structured data and metrics.
- Awareness of BCBS operational risk governance and SolvencyII concepts; familiarity with automation opportunities for controls/testing/evidence.
- Strong enablement mindset (coaching templates playbooks); clear written/oral communication.
- Matrix influence across LBUs and SMEs; crisp executive updates and visuals.
- Practical problemsolving; balances standardization with proportionality by risk and market context.
- Project Management
- CRMA / IRM (risk/assurance grounding).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (evidence/process quality) is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Risk Operations.
