Job Summary

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Administrator to join our Customer Supply Chain (CSC) team and support the seamless execution of back-office order management processes. This role involves developing strong working relationships with our Customer Supply Representatives gathering a good understanding of customer needs and knowledge of SAP functionalities up to a certain level and ability to process high volume data of high quality. If you have strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset this role is perfect for you!

What you will do

  • Perform daily manual tasks related to customer order management

  • Schedule customer orders within the SAP system ensuring accuracy and efficiency

  • Generate and review reports including incompletions and MOLV data

  • Manage workflows including line cancellations and PO CPN entry

  • Reconcile stock data in master files for assigned customers

  • Review mismatches and ensure order confirmations align with customer requirements

  • Maintain and update master data to support accurate supply chain processes.

  • Provide support to Customer Supply Representatives in executing administrative tasks

  • Identify and report anomalies to Customer Supply Chain Representatives and Team Manager

What you will need

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to process high volume of data efficiently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic level required)

  • Experience with SAP is preferred but not required

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively

  • Task-focused with attention to detail

  • Effective time management and organizational abilities

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelors or College Degree
