Bill Gosling India Private LimitedAs a Contract Analyst you are responsible for the successful management of contracts data within assigned segments and charged with the day-to-day capture review administration negotiation and reporting of contractual requirements.What Youll Do:
- Operate within established guidelines review selected executed contracts amendments and related documents.
- Enter and maintain relevant contracts data in systems and prepare and/or evaluate supporting data analyses as requested.
- Ensure that contracts data flows through the defined commercial and legal processes in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop strong relationships with Sales org and internal stakeholders to capture contractual and advise on contractual requirements and work with such individuals on negotiations and edits to see draft contracts through to execution
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual requirements are understood so such requirements can be successfully implemented within business operations
- Monitor multiple opportunity queues within systems to manage flow of contract-related requests.
- Speak with external parties such as clients vendors and external counsel relating to contractual negotiations and requirements
- Make recommendations to the Director Compliance for improving contracts data processes and systems
- Champion company core values and other company programs
- Other duties as assigned
Education
Completed Post-Secondary education in a related field
Experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and related tools are required.
Familiarity Contract Management software platforms
Demonstrated business integrity and ability to ensure deadlines are met including managing large volumes of work and re-establishing priorities as necessary
Excellent organizational written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to work well and collaboratively with multiple internal business partners or departments to ensure goals are achieved
Minimum 5 years experience working in a Contracts function
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
