We are currently seeking a Regional System Manager (RSM) to lead our North System & Solution sales team drive business growth and strengthen strategic relationships across our Systems and Solutions portfolio.
About the Role
As a Regional System Manager based in our Delhi Regional office you will lead a dynamic sales team responsible for promoting and delivering Yokogawas System and Solutions portfolio within your defined region. You will develop and execute business plans drive strategic growth and ensure that customers receive the highest level of technical and application support. Your ability to motivate mentor and empower a high-performing sales team while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving commercial outcomes will be key to your success.

Roles & Responsibility of Regional System Manager
1. Achieve regional target for Systems and Solutions.
2. Incremental business through new accounts and industry segment
3. Key account management
4. New application selling
5. Market information feedback to Marketing team
6. Monitor the delivery commitment to the customer
7. Ensure that monthly BU reports and QA reports are sent to Head Office
8. Co-ordination with Marketing team.
9. Co-ordination with Operation & Engineering team.
10. Ensuring Quotation support to Sales members
