Job Summary
Overview :
Demonstrate suitable construction products for customers proactive sampling speedy complaint resolution maintaining RCA & Product Application training for customers maintain customer activity calendar.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Product demonstration at new & existing customers leading to sales growth
- Conduct Laboratory testing relevant to customer requirement
- Record analyze certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results.
- Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints.
- Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site.
- Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling/ demonstration at site.
- Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions
- Capture & share periodic customer feedback on product performance
- Periodic Engage with Sika authorized applicator base
- Technical Product presentation at customer site/ office
Qualifications :
- BE / Diploma Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction Systems.
