Summary of Essential Duties

The Training Programs & Analytics Specialist supports Flight Operations Training across all fleets by integrating training analytics curriculum development regulatory research and process improvement.

The role develops actionable insights from training and operational data contributes to the design and refinement of training programs and evaluation standards and supports the continuous improvement of training department processes to strengthen compliance posture and training effectiveness.

The role mission is to provide analytical insight and training program development expertise that helps Flight Operations Training maintain strong regulatory alignment effective curriculum and consistent training standards across all fleets.

Key Responsibilities

Training Analytics & Performance Insights

  • Develop and maintain training analytics including dashboards KPI definitions trend analysis and root-cause analysis related to training outcomes and training delivery performance.
  • Identify performance patterns and provide insights that support improvements to training programs standards and instructional practices.
  • Develop feedback mechanisms for pilots instructors and evaluators to support learning adoption and standardization.

Curriculum & Courseware Development

  • Design and develop curriculum structures courseware and training materials supporting fleet training programs.
  • Translate regulatory requirements operational needs and instructional objectives into clear training standards evaluation criteria and measurable learning objectives.
  • Support ongoing refinement of courseware and training materials based on operational feedback and training data.

Regulatory Research & Training Standards

  • Conduct regulatory research and provide guidance supporting training program design evaluation standards and training administration.
  • Assist training leadership in interpreting applicable FAA guidance and integrating regulatory requirements into training programs and standards.

Training Process Improvement

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the training department including process mapping identification of improvement opportunities and implementation of standard work.
  • Contribute to strengthening training department processes and controls to support compliance and training effectiveness.

Training Initiatives & Project Support

  • Provide project coordination and analytical support for training initiatives such as program rollouts vendor transitions and fleet training enhancements.
  • Support Safety and Quality initiatives when training or human factors are identified as contributing elements to operational events helping integrate lessons learned into training programs and standards.

Secondary Duties

  • Additional analytical or project support for broader Flight Operations initiatives may be provided as requested provided that training deliverables and readiness requirements remain the priority.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Be at least 23 years of age.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
  • Be authorized to work in the United Statesand able to travel in and out of the United States.
  • Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal history records check.
  • High School diploma or GED required. College degree preferred but not required.
  • Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Excel Word and Outlook.
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Possess strong leadership interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle interruptions and a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA EPA state and federal regulations.
  • Extensive P121/135 training development experience
  • Able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in aviation preferred or equivalent experience
  • Aviation and/or Airline experience demonstrating a technical understanding of aviation training and operations
  • Advanced Simulator Training and Checking Experience
  • Line Check Pilot Experience
  • Designated Examiner Experience
  • Leadership and/or project management experience
