The Warehouse Supply Manager will be responsible for managing equipment and supplies procurement inventory management and distribution across multiple Seller Processing Centers (SPCs) in Brazil. This role requires strategic planning vendor management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational continuity and cost efficiency across the First Mile network.
Key job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for equipment and supplies across Brazilian SPCs ensuring optimal inventory levels while minimizing waste and obsolescence. Develop and implement procurement strategies that balance cost efficiency with operational requirements. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable delivery of materials and equipment.
Design and execute inventory management systems that support multiple SPC locations with varying operational demands. Analyze consumption patterns and forecast future requirements based on volume projections and operational changes. Implement inventory control mechanisms to maintain appropriate stock levels while reducing carrying costs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and reduce operational costs. Develop standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance supplies distribution and inventory management. Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner with Operations Finance and Procurement teams to align supply strategies with business objectives. Collaborate with site leadership to understand operational needs and ensure timely delivery of critical supplies. Work with Finance to develop and manage budgets for equipment and supplies across all SPC locations.
Develop long-term supply chain strategies that support network expansion and operational scaling. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization across the supply chain. Lead strategic projects related to equipment standardization vendor consolidation and supply chain digitization.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering Supply Chain Economics or Business Administration
- Experience in transportation or supply chain
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience in e-commerce logistics or transportation industry. Six Sigma or Lean certification. Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at various organizational levels. Experience with budget management and financial planning. MBA or postgraduate degree in related field.
