Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for two weeks followed by a transition to a remote setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood Libis Quezon City
Salary Package: 25000 PHP to 35000 PHP/Monthly
Job Description:
We are looking for a warranty claims analyst that will help with reporting and some analysis work. This person will also help in processing warranty claims. This person will speak with both the Home Depot store staff and customers to help resolve warranty claims.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create reports based on the available data
- Provide detailed analysis based of reports
- Provide empathetic feedback to customers and clients
- Resolve claims in an efficient and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Candidate must experience in reporting and data analysis
- Candidate must be well-spoken in English and have past experience working with customers to resolve issues
- Applicant must possess excellent communication skills.
- Time Management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Experience working in a US company in retail sales is a plus
