Job Summary:
The role leads short to midterm resource planning resolves scheduling conflicts and optimizes capacity to meet service demands. The role also ensures policy compliance coordinates training plans and handles escalations with strategic solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Your Role:
Executes short- to midterm resource plans ensuring effective allocation aligned with service demands and organizational goals.
Manages daily scheduling and resolves complex conflicts to maximize resource utilization and minimize disruptions.
Maintains accurate records of resource activities and performance metrics to support reporting compliance and improvement efforts.
Analyzes issues and applies specialized expertise to resolve moderately to highly complex resourcerelated challenges.
Maintains and updates capacity plans using forecasts and historical data to ensure resources are available for future service needs.
Coordinates training plans drives continuous process improvements and serves as the escalation point for resource planning matters to ensure seamless operations.
Youre the right fit if:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations Coordinator Supply Chain Management or Customer Services Resource Planning with bachelors degree in business operations supply chain management operations or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to resolve complex scheduling conflicts and optimize capacity using forecasts and historical data.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate operational records dashboards and performance metrics to support reporting and compliance.
Effective communication and stakeholdermanagement skills including handling escalations and partnering across teams for seamless operations.
