Job Summary
Role: Service Management (Advisor Network)
Organization: Wadhwani Foundation
Location: Indoesia
Role Purpose:
Build and manage a strong ecosystem of mentors service providers and consulting firms to support SMEs by matching the right advisors to business needs and driving active engagement through the Wadhwani platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard mentors (industry & functional experts) across assigned cities
- Build city-wise networks of service providers (legal audit IT marketing etc.)
- Engage 45 SME-focused consulting firms per city
- Source CXO-level advisors pan-India and conduct due diligence
- Match advisors to SME problem statements and drive active utilization
- Ensure advisor participation on the community platform and in knowledge sharing
KRAs:
- 30 qualified advisors sourced and onboarded
- 80% utilization of first 10 curated advisors/firms
- Advisor NPS 60
Experience:
37 years in ecosystem development partner/vendor management consulting coordination or SME support roles. Strong stakeholder management and networking skills required.
