Information department your primary role involves integrating the companys
Finance and Accounting components with different other components in the TVH ecosystem. This role is crucial in collecting understanding analyzing and
specifying business processes and corporate needs translating them into
functional requirements and configure where required. Youll report to and work closely with the Finance Product Owner designing future-proof functional
solutions ensuring they align with business lines product strategy and
current integrations.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation: You will elicit and document business and functional requirements to create clearand concise functional specifications ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Process Understanding & Analysis: You willgather analyze and translate requirements related to Finance and Accountingprocesses ensuring that technical processes are well-defined based on thesebusiness needs.
Collaboration Across Teams: You will collaborateclosely with cross-functional teams to understand organizational needs andconvert them into functional requirements.
Story Understanding & Estimation: You willguide the squad in understanding user stories helping the team make accurateand realistic estimates.
Future-Proof Solution Design: You will design and recommend functional solutions that consider the global context of different business lines ensuring they are scalable and adaptable for future needs.
Continuous Learning & Expertise: You willstay up-to-date with company processes and developments within your functionaldomain conducting research and providing recommendations for improvements thatdrive business efficiency and effectiveness.
Support Product Development: You will workclosely with the Product Owner and Product Manager providing continuousguidance and follow-up on the development and implementation of new or enhancedfeatures.
Effective Communication: You will have theability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholdersensuring that all parties understand the impact and benefits of the solutionsbeing implemented.
Attention to Detail & Time Management: You will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively paying close attention to detail to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaboration with Developers: You will work alongside developers to ensure that solutions are delivered on time meet quality standards and align with functional requirements.
Change Management: You will demo new capabilities and lead change adoption ensuring that new processes and systems are embraced across the organization.
Relevant Experience: You have at least two years of experience in a similar role such as functional analysis or business supply chain context. Process management within a
Educational Background: You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Information Technology Management Business Administration or a related field. Alternatively relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
Technical Knowledge: Prior experience with ERP solutions (like Oracle Fusion) is an advantage. A strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes is a must.
