Position Title: Engineering/Acquisition Support Analyst
Location: El Segundo CA (On-site)
Clearance: Top Secret clearance
Overview
OMNI is seeking an Acquisition Test & Evaluation Lead to support Space Sensing Program. This role integrates test and evaluation activities with the acquisition lifecycle ensuring system readiness risk reduction and alignment with key milestones such as source selection and CDR.
Key Responsibilities
Support acquisition-aligned test & evaluation (T&E) strategies
Identify test gaps risks and system readiness issues
Apply verification & validation (V&V) methods
Develop/review test plans CDRLs and technical documentation
Support source selection and acquisition documentation (SOW RFP inputs)
Lead technical discussions and coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams
Interface directly with the program office on-site
Job requirements
Requirements
8 years in DoD acquisition systems engineering or T&E
Experience supporting acquisition milestones (SRR PDR CDR)
Knowledge of V&V processes and risk assessment
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
