Mac Haiks Southway Ford is looking for a detail-oriented customer-focused and energetic professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is the heartbeat of our service departmentperfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering world-class customer experiences.
As a Customer Service Representative youll be the first point of contact for our customers setting the tone for exceptional service from the moment they walk in or call. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting customers actively listening to their concerns scheduling service appointments accurately entering repair orders and data answering incoming calls and supporting the service team with day-to-day operations. Above all youll play a key role in ensuring every customer feels valued heard and confident in their experience with Southway Ford.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow up time
- Aid Service Advisors
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- No Experience Necessary
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
Very energetic personality
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
- Finalize Repair Orders and Account payments properly and accordingly
Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
Ability to learn new technology
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive friendly attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
