Job Summary
Mac Haiks Southway Ford is looking for a detail orientated customer focused individual to fill the Automotive Service Assistant Role. The responsibilities of an Automotive Service Assistant include greeting customers listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed Data and Repair Order Entry Answering Phones Providing World Class Customer Service and other duties as assigned.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend maintenance base on age mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow up time
- Aid Service Advisors
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Automotive Service Assistant Requirements:
- No Experience Necessary
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
Very energetic personality
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
- Finalize Repair Orders and Account payments properly and accordingly
Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
Ability to learn new technology
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive friendly attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
