We have a new opportunity foran experienced real estate lawyer with between 5 and 7 years ofpost-admission experience to join our national Property & Projectspractice to be based in Brisbane.

Our Property & Projects teamhas approximately 120 team members nationally working across adiverse practice including property projects environment andplanning. With a varied client base across both the publicand private sector our national practice is a leader in realestate for significant property funds social impact enterprisesinstitutional clients and the public sector.

You will be responsiblefor:

• major transactions including commercial and industrial acquisitions and sales;
• residential and mixed-use developments;
• sale of land and business assets;
• commercial and retail leasing; and
• general commercial property transactions.

Aboutyou

You will ideally have thefollowing skills and experience:

• between 5 and 7 years of post-admission experience in property law;
• significant experience across general real estate law matters particularly property transactions acquisitions sales and developments;
• a strong client service ethos;
• excellent technical and drafting skills; and
• strong analytical and legal research skills.
