Registered Nurse (RN) Pre-Admissions
Per Diem - Day Shift

Our operating rooms and pre- and post-op areas in both facilities are designed with your safety privacy and comfort in mind.
About the Job:
As a member of the Patient Care Services team the Pre-Admissions Registered Nurse cares for patients of all ages scheduled for surgical invasive or non-invasive procedures requiring anesthesia. The RN uses informatics and technology to communicate manage information mitigate errors and support decision making.
What Youll Do:
Delivers nursing care by utilizing a patient-centered approach incorporating the Professional Practice Model
Provides patient-centered care through teamwork and collaboration to achieve quality patient outcomes.
Integrates best practices and current evidence-based practices for delivery of optimal health care.
Utilizes data to improve quality and safety.
Who You Are:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with Associates degree or higher
Ability to achieve the following competencies within 90 days:
Conduct pre-procedure interview Perform pre-procedure assessment Provide pre/post-procedure specific education Provide anesthesia education Able to multitask and prioritize assignment and incoming information
