Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Engineering Department. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role managing high-profile projects from inception to completion while contributing to the growth and development of a dynamic team. The successful applicant will be reporting to the Department Manager and will be based in our London office with the option for remote/ hybrid working.
What You Will Do
Project Delivery
Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery across the full project lifecycle.
Develop efficient project programmes strategies and resource plans.
Ensure delivery meets agreed scope budgets timelines and quality standards.
Team Contribution & Mentoring
Support the wider PM team by sharing expertise offering guidance and contributing to continuous improvement.
Act as a senior member of the team setting a positive example in communication planning and client engagement.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear proactive and professional communication.
Attend client and site meetings presenting technical information confidently and building strong relationships.
Provide consultancy and advice on best approaches for survey and digital engineering workflows.
Coordination & Internal Collaboration
Coordinate closely with project managers technical leads and other departments.
Ensure smooth and efficient collaboration across internal teams and subcontractors.
Commercial & Contract Management
Manage project contracts and subcontracts including forecasting invoicing and cashflow.
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness identifying efficiencies and opportunities for additional value.
Support Sales with programme inputs technical discussions and client meetings when required.
Quality Compliance & Safety
Ensure full adherence to company policies procedures and standards.
Prepare RAMS and ensure safe working practices throughout project delivery.
Identify and escalate any potential H&S risks or non-conformities.
What You Will Bring
Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in a surveying or digital engineering environment.
Strong technical understanding across multiple survey disciplines (Topographical MBS Utility BIM UAV etc.)
Proven experience delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects.
Ability to confidently advise clients and guide project direction.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrated commitment to health and safety.
High attention to detail with strong organisational capability.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital workflows.
Right to work in the UK.
