Job Summary
Senior KPI & Tooling Engineer Autonomous Driving (Performance Engineering Team)

What should you bring along
- Strong programming skills in Python with a good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure particularly on AWS (using microservices event-driven architectures and remote storage).
- Experience with databases and dashboarding skills especially with Athena data sources in Grafana and experience integrating with other data sources.
- Passion for designing and evaluating KPIs.
- Solid experience with designing scripts and tools (e.g. automation data evaluation visualization )
- Proficiency in tooling including:
- Large-scale software development software quality tooling CI and data pipelines.
- Jira for project management and issue tracking.
- Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for autonomous driving technology and the future of mobility.
Optional
- Experience in runtime/memory profiling of C applications (CPU/GPU/NSP) is a strong plus.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Certification or training in cloud architecture or agile methodologies.
