Description:
Trinity Health PACE Alexandria is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation kitchen sanitation and daily food service for our frail and elderly participants. This role helps ensure a clean safe and welcoming dining environment while working as part of a collaborative care team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation serving and meal setup
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen equipment and dining areas
Follow all dietary safety and infectioncontrol procedures
Restock supplies and assist with inventory
Prepare snacks and supplements as directed
Provide excellent customer service to participants and visitors
Support quality improvement efforts and attend required training
- Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
12 years of food prep experience (healthcare preferred)
- CNA Certification preferred
Experience working with frail or elderly adults (or willingness to train)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
